Before you get started.

How can I get access?

New accounts are approved from the waitlist. Join the waitlist by creating an account and verifying your email. Registration does not grant access automatically. When an administrator approves your account and issues a setup code, we’ll email you the code and a download link. Sign in with your approved account to download.

Does Card Vector run on my computer?

Card Vector is a desktop app for Windows 10 and Windows 11. It is built for trading card sellers, with support for sports cards, trading card games, and non-sport cards. There is no Mac or browser version.

Can I bring in my existing inventory?

Yes. Import a Kronocard-compatible CSV, bring in your current eBay listings, or add cards from scans and images. Review CSV imports before committing them. Imported cards are not automatically published.

Can I list singles and lots directly to eBay?

Yes. Connect your seller account, sync your business policies, and publish individual cards or lots. Group lots by player, team, set, or insert and parallel. Card Vector checks required details and uploads the selected photos when you confirm publishing.

Where is my data stored?

Your inventory database and card image library stay on your computer. Marketplace operations exchange the required data with eBay. Database backup and restore tools are included; keep a separate backup of your photos.

Do I have to use AI?

No. You can import cards, edit their details, and manage listings without it. AI assistance is optional: with your consent, selected photos and item facts are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. You can manage consent in Settings. See our privacy policy for details.
