Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Card Vector website, Windows application, and connected services provided by MC Event Group LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("Card Vector," "we," or "us"). Contact us at [email protected].

When you affirmatively accept these terms during registration or another acceptance process, you agree to them. If you use Card Vector for a business, you must have authority to accept on its behalf. These terms do not treat an existing account as having accepted a new agreement merely because we published it.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and setup codes, and use only accounts you are authorized to manage. Tell us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

New access is approved from a waitlist. Joining does not guarantee access, a start date, or any particular feature. Access and usage allowances may be limited as the service develops.

Card Vector is currently free. Creating an account or joining the waitlist does not authorize a charge or enroll you in a paid subscription. eBay and other providers may charge their own fees.

If we introduce paid plans, we will disclose prices, included features, usage limits, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase and obtain your separate agreement to pay. We will not automatically convert free access into a paid subscription. Future paid features may require a new purchase; free access is not a promise of lifetime free service.

While you comply with these terms and have approved access, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to install and use Card Vector for your own inventory and selling activities. We retain our rights in the software and branding. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Do not resell access, bypass access or usage controls, introduce malware, compromise another account, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.

You retain your rights in the photos, inventory information, and other content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request, operate and secure the service, and comply with law, as described in our privacy policy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content and listings. Verify item identity, condition, authenticity, prices, photos, descriptions, quantities, shipping, and marketplace policies before publishing. You are responsible for your sales, taxes, fulfillment, customer communications, and records. Keep independent backups of your database and photos.

Card Vector is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Connecting your eBay account authorizes the operations you request through Card Vector; eBay’s agreements, selling policies, fees, and limits still apply.

Third-party outages, API limits, policy changes, and account restrictions may interrupt features or make information delayed or incomplete. Review the result of publishing and synchronization. Do not use Card Vector to evade marketplace restrictions or misuse buyer information.

AI features are optional and require the consent described in the app. Selected photos and item facts are sent for processing as described in the privacy policy. Do not submit information you lack permission to share, credentials, or unnecessary personal or buyer information.

AI suggestions may be incorrect, incomplete, or similar to other outputs. They are not authentication, professional grading, an appraisal, or legal, tax, or investment advice. Review and correct all suggestions before relying on them or publishing a listing. We do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party claims for AI output.

Features may change, have errors, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular sales result, or compatibility with every device. Install updates from our official download page and follow the backup and security guidance provided with releases.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, material breaches, or service operation. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us to question a restriction or request help recovering information.

You can stop using Card Vector at any time. To request account closure or deletion of personal information we hold, contact [email protected] from your account email. We may need to verify your identity. Retention and deletion are described in our privacy policy.

Closing a cloud account does not delete files or backups on your computer, or cancel listings held by eBay. Export and back up needed records and manage any live marketplace listings separately.

Card Vector can have errors or interruptions. Review important outputs and keep independent backups. These terms do not exclude or limit implied warranties, remedies, or damages available under applicable law, including Kansas consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other statutory rights. Responsibility for a claim, including any available remedy, is determined under applicable law.

Kansas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or prevent you from contacting a regulator or using a court available under applicable law.

Please contact [email protected] with a concern so we can try to resolve it. This request does not limit your legal remedies or require you to delay an urgent complaint.

We will publish an updated effective date and provide notice of material changes through the website, app, or account communications. Where agreement is required, we will ask for it. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent lawful.
