This policy applies to the Card Vector website, Windows application, and connected account services. Card Vector is operated by MC Event Group LLC. “We” and “us” refer to MC Event Group LLC. eBay and other services you use have their own privacy policies.

• Account and waitlist information. Your email address, verification and access status, and the profile details you provide, such as your name, selling experience, approximate inventory size, Windows version, current tools, and workflow needs.
• Computer and access records. Registered computer names and identifiers, setup-code status, authentication records, account permissions, and service usage needed to manage your access.
• eBay connection information. Your eBay account identifier and authorization credentials needed to maintain the connection you approve. You sign in to eBay through eBay; we do not ask for your eBay password.
• Support and service records. Feedback you send, app version and issue details you provide, delivery status for account emails, security events, and operational records such as request outcomes and usage counts. Hosting providers may process network and device information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service.
• Optional analytics. If you allow website analytics, Google Analytics receives visit, interaction, signup, and performance events, along with information processed by its analytics technology.

The desktop app stores your inventory database, card photos, imported order information, settings, and local backups on your computer. Normal inventory management does not upload your entire library to Card Vector’s servers.

When you publish or update a listing, the relevant listing information and photos are sent to eBay. If you choose AI features, selected information is sent for processing as described below. Information you include in feedback or support requests is also shared with us. You control copies you export or back up elsewhere.

AI features require your consent. Selected photos and item facts pass through Card Vector’s service to Google Gemini to perform the requested task. Our relay processes this content in memory and is designed not to save or log the photos, prompts, or generated content. We keep account usage and request-status information to apply allowances and operate the service.

Google processes these requests under the applicable Google Cloud Vertex AI terms. Our in-memory relay does not mean Google has no retention obligations or practices. You can use Card Vector without AI and withdraw AI consent in the app’s Settings. Do not include information you do not want sent for AI processing.

We use information to create and secure accounts, manage the waitlist and invitations, authorize computers, connect to eBay, provide requested features, send account and setup messages, respond to feedback, enforce service allowances, and investigate errors or misuse. Optional analytics helps us understand website use and performance.

Card Vector uses service providers for hosting, account authentication, databases, email delivery, and optional AI and analytics. These include Cloudflare and Sites for website delivery and storage, Google Cloud and Identity Platform for backend services and authentication, Neon for account-related database storage, Resend for transactional email, and Google Gemini and Google Analytics for the optional features described above.

Information is provided to these services as needed for their functions. Authorized administrators can review account, waitlist, support, and usage information. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the service. Provider processing may occur in countries other than yours.

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, and saved preferences. Optional Google Analytics is disabled until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline it or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on the homepage or account pages. The site also honors browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional analytics disabled.

Our analytics events exclude account form fields and URL query strings, and use only the referring site’s origin rather than its full page address. Advertising personalization is disabled in our configuration. Clearing cookies may sign you out; clearing browser storage may reset saved preferences. This privacy page does not load optional analytics.

Cloud account, authorization, support, and operational records are retained for the purposes described here, including providing access, handling security issues, and meeting applicable obligations. Retention can differ by record type and provider. We do not promise that closing an account instantly removes every backup or legally required record.

Deleting a cloud account does not remove inventory files, exports, or backups from your computer. You are responsible for those local copies and any copies you keep with other services. Disconnecting eBay stops the connection; it does not automatically delete listings or records held by eBay.

You can edit your saved seller profile, manage supported account security settings, disconnect eBay, decline optional analytics, and turn off AI features. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted by applicable law. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply.

For privacy questions or a data request, email [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your Card Vector account and explain what you need. Do not send passwords, setup codes, or unnecessary buyer information.

We use access controls and security measures appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your computer, use a strong account password, enable two-factor authentication where available, and keep setup codes private. Local inventory files and backups also depend on your computer’s security.

Card Vector is designed for sellers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our services, contact us so we can review it.

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, or account communications as appropriate.
