MC Event Group LLC is working to make Card Vector usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our website accessibility target.

This is an ongoing effort, not a certification that every part of the website or desktop app conforms. Automated and manual checks can identify barriers, but do not replace testing with assistive technology and people with disabilities.

The website includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, labeled account fields, descriptive headings, and layouts designed to reflow on small screens. It respects reduced-motion preferences. You can use your browser’s zoom and text-size controls.

The policy pages use ordinary HTML and can be read without JavaScript. Account creation and connected features require JavaScript and cookies needed for sign-in. Optional analytics is not required to read the site or use an account.

Email [email protected] with the page or feature you were using, what prevented you from continuing, and how you would like us to help. If useful, include your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information.

You may request information in an alternative format or help completing a task. We will review the request and work with you on a suitable way to access the information or service. Do not send passwords, setup codes, or private buyer information.

Our September 21, 2026 review focuses on public website pages, policy-page readability, navigation, contrast, mobile reflow, and account-registration labels. Signed-in administration, all desktop workflows, every browser and assistive-technology combination, and third-party services have not received a complete accessibility audit.

We continue to address barriers as we find them. The desktop app and services provided by eBay or other companies can have different accessibility behavior. Please report a problem even if it is outside the pages reviewed here.
